Definition
The 'Exhibition' shall mean Electric World 2024. The 'Exhibitor' shall mean the party to whome
space has been allotted in the exhibition and the 'Organisers' shall mean KELCON - The Kerala
State A' Grade Electrical Contractors Association.
Allocation of Stall
The basis of allotment will be neutrality, aesthetic appeal, conformity with floor
plan layout and product groups. Allocation will be subject to receipt of full advance
payments. Allocation of stall numbers will be communicated in writing to all applicants
by the Organisers and this will conclude the contract for participation in the exhibition
between the Organisers and exhibitors.
Allocation of Space
The organisers reverses the right at any time, and from time to time, to make such alternations
in the gorund plan of the exhibition, as may in their opinion be necessary and to alter the shape,
size or position of the space allotted to the exhibitor. However no alternations to the space
allotted will be made in such way as to impose to the exhibitor any greter liabality for rental
than that undertake in the contract. All the exhibits and displays should be limited to the
alocated space. Additional power requirements above standard facility will be considered at
extra cost.
Obligation of Exhobitors
On confirmation of the stall allocation, an exbitor is obliged to payments
for additional services as requested for in the application. Fuilure to adhere to the
payment schedule will lead to firfeiture of all the payments made. An exhibitor is bound by
these conditions of participation and rules and regulations for exhibitors issued from time to time
by the organisers and is obliged to the enforce compliance there of from their staff, agents or
representatives. In case of cancellation or withdrawl from participition or non occupation
postponed for reason deemed necessary by he organisers. The exhibitor shall vacate the stalls by
12 midnight on 4th March,2024. The exhibitor shall take due care as not to damage the wooden flooring
or other property of the exhibition venue.
Rights of Organisers
The organisers serve the following rights: To reject any application for space without assigning
any reason. To aend these conditions for participation and additional rules and regulations for
partipants from time to time, which shall be binding on all participants. To change the stall
location or to make changes, alterations, ctailments in the final allotments of the stall areas
with respect to that orginally booked by the exhibitor. To postpone, curtail, extend or abandon
the exhibition or close some or all sectins of it temporarily or permanently, of unforseen
curcumstances so require. In such any eventuality, no exhibitor shall be entitled to withdraw
from the contract or to claim any compensation or damage.
Insurance Coverage and Organiser's Indeminity
The onus is on the exhibitor to obtain insurance coverage against all risks arising form the to
and from transport of exhibits and their display during the exhibition, particularly against
theft etc. A comprehensive insurance is recommended. The organisers shall not be liable for personal
injuries and material damage including theft of any exhibits/goods. To be bound by the provisions of
these conditions for participation, the exhibitor expressly exempts the organisers from any claims
for damages that may be made by third parties.
General Rules
In additions to the above, the exhibitor shall abide by general rules of the exhibition venue
for safety and maintanance as well as for aesthetic appeal, no hoarding, banners, etc. will be allowed
on the permises of the organisers.
Permission / Approvals
All verbal agreements, permission, individual approvals or special authorisation
shall be deemed to valid only if confirmed in writing by the organisers.
Failure of Services
The organisers or authorised contractors will use their best endeavors to ensure the
supply of the services, but the shall not incure any liabality to exhibitor for any loss or
damage if such services shall wholly or partially cease to the available.
Force Majeure
Under the conditions of force majeure, which also include strike, loakout, closure, riot the
organiser's reserve the right to alter the openin dates and duration or curtail, cancel or suspend
in whole or part of the exhibition. In such as event, the exhibitor is entitled neighther to
rescind the contract nor to claim any compensation or damages. In case of cancellation of exhibition
refund will be made after deducting the proportionate coast alredy incurred by the organiser, and
the cost of any additional services provided to the exhibitor.
Final Decision
In case of any despute in interpretation of conditions for participation, or between exhibitors,
the final decision of the organiser namely The Kerala State A'Grade Electrical Contractors Association
shall be binding on all parties.
Domicile and Jurisdiction
The implementations of these regulations or from time to time, whch shall be binding on all supplementary
stipulations laid down by participants. The organisers relation to the exhibition shall be deemed to be
domiciled at the office of the Cochin Courts. All dispute arising shall be judged according to Indian
Laws and subject to Cochin jurisdiction.

Cancellation can be possible on intimation to the official mail and approval by the Administrative
Office. No cancellation is allowed after 15th February 2024.
Refund Policy - The refund will be made to costumer within 15 days from date of cancellation
confirmation, after deducting the statutory charges affected. No refund will be will be allowed for cancellation
after 15th February 2024.
